DROPSHIPPEROS / PRIVACY
Web app privacy
Updated 2 October 2026
This policy describes how DropshipperOS processes data when you use its web application. Controller: Javier Martínez. Contact for questions and requests: info@dropshipperos.com.
Data we process
Account details (name, email and protected password), projects and members, videos and images, audio for transcription, prompts, captions, schedules, publications and metrics. Authorised connections may include provider tokens and API keys. Technical logs may contain IP addresses, requests and errors.
Purposes and legal bases
We provide requested features and manage accounts on the basis of contract performance. Security and troubleshooting rely on the legitimate interest of operating the service and preventing abuse. We meet applicable legal obligations. Users enable optional integrations and features; where processing requires consent, it may be withdrawn.
Access and providers
Project members and authorised administrators can access content according to application permissions. Hosting and storage providers process data to operate the service. When their features are used, OpenAI may receive prompts, images or audio; Higgsfield receives instructions and media to generate videos; ScrapeCreators supports publication and metric retrieval. The code uses S3-compatible storage and retains historical Google Drive integrations. Data is not sold or used for targeted advertising.
Retention and deletion
Account and project data is retained as needed to provide the service. Delete content through available controls or request account deletion by email. Data necessary for legal duties, security or claims may be retained; backups and logs follow the hosting retention cycle. Actual production retention periods must be confirmed with the controller.
Browser storage
The app uses local storage for sessions and preferences, and resource caching for operation. This information website includes no advertising analytics, tracking cookies or data collection forms. Its hosting server may generate technical logs.
Transfers and security
Providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. The controller must verify destinations and safeguards for the deployment, including adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses where applicable. Access controls, protected passwords and encryption of sensitive credentials are used; public deployment must use HTTPS.
Your rights
Request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or objection where applicable, or withdraw consent, at info@dropshipperos.com. You may complain to the Spanish AEPD (aepd.es) or your data protection authority. Content creation features do not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
Controller and service configuration
The controller of DropshipperOS is Javier Martínez, contactable at info@dropshipperos.com. Providers, processing destinations and retention periods must be confirmed for the actual service configuration.
